About the Founder
Chris Savage has always dreamed about helping companies transform and scale.
After studying Organizational Diagnosis and Change during his MBA from 2003-2005, he was coached by a commercial construction company CEO as he watched the company grow to over 9 figures in revenue.
He then moved to NYC where he worked in the finance field, directed operations for a non-profit, and then became a software engineer at Insight’s Digital Innovation division, which won the prestigious Microsoft 2018 Worldwide AI Partner of the Year.
He then pivoted from software engineering at Insight to a Client Executive role where he generated $1.2 million in net new revenue in his first year before transitioning to a Project Management (Agile + Waterfall) after the birth of his youngest son.
After moving from NYC to the Raliegh-Durham area of North Carolina, a custom home builder contracted Chris to renovate his general contracting company’s tech stack and help his company scale.
He migrated all the systems to Office 365, moved all the construction management systems to JobTread, and streamlined their Quickbooks while becoming a Quickbooks Pro Advisor.
Working in this role, he realized that he loved helping build amazing processes and teams more than anything else and started Builder Clarity LLC and Clarity Partners LLC to help others on the same journey.
